Quality Connections Won a Contract with Arizona
According to azdailysun.com, Quality Connections, a nonprofit organization that provides refurbished cartridges, has won “a sole-supplier contract to supply the State of Arizona with refurbished toner cartridges”.
As one of Flagstaff’s leading employers of the disabled and disadvantaged, Quality Connections has benefited from Arizona’s set-aside contracting program for the last seven or eight years. The program gives companies that provide jobs or job training for people with disabilities, the disadvantaged or the incarcerated special consideration for state contracts.”
Office Director Doug Arnett (pictured) said the contract would bring the company annual revenue of $5 million in sales. Besides, it could include additional sales to cities, counties and schools through the state’s co-op program.
Quality Connections offers refurbished cartridges to Coconino County and hundreds of other customers online at QCoffice.com. It currently offers 40 different types of brand-name refurbished printer cartridges, he said.
