Ricoh Opens New Business Centre in India

Ricoh’s newly opened business centre in Kolkata, India will operate various facilities such as a Data Centre, Technical Training Centre and Customer Experience Zone.

The 100 seater Business Centre is fully equipped to meet the complete requirements of its office facilities, including conference facilities, video conference facilities and training centre, which will be available to customers on hire.

This unit will also house the state of the art Data Centre for Ricoh Cloud and Hosting Services. It would act as the primary hub for Information Security and will complement the existing Data Centre of Ricoh India at its head office in New Delhi.

With this, Ricoh India will now be fully compliant with the requirements of the Information Security practices which necessitate location of primary and secondary Data Centres in different geographical locations/seismic zones.

According to Ricoh its new brand tagline ‘imagine change’ reinforces its commitment towards Ricoh’s philosophy of helping companies and individuals transform the way they work by harnessing their collective imagination.

This facility is expected to significantly contribute to Ricoh’s existing business lines, which are carried out through its 24 Branch offices and a robust Network of over 2000 dealers and business associates across the country.
