Ricoh Top Management Change
To further increase Ricoh’s corporate value and achieve sustainable growth by strengthening and improving its management structure, Ricoh announced two top management changes, effective April 1, 2023.
As approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors, Yoshinori Yamashita (pictured left) was named Representative Director and Chairperson. Yamashita is currently Representative Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer.
In addition, Akira Oyama (pictured right) was named Representative Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Joined the company in 1986, Oyama is currently the Director, Executive Corporate officer, and President of Ricoh Digital Services Business Unit.
Previously, Ricoh named Koji Miyao the new President of the Ricoh Graphic Communications (RGC) Business Unit, Ricoh Company, Ltd., succeeding Sergio Kato effective from January 1, 2023.
Koji has enjoyed many pivotal roles during his 22 years with Ricoh, most recently as General Manager of the Business Management Division, RGC.
