Following the launch of five monochrome models last week, Ricoh has showcased two color MFPs with high quality output.
As with the three new-released monochrome MFPs, the RICOH MP C307 and RICOH MP C407 are equipped with Ricoh’s tablet-like 10.1″-wide Smart Operation Panel, offering users customized workflows and easy information management.
The new models feature a 1.46 GHz Intel processor, a 2GB RAM and a 320GB Document Server with Ricoh’s proven controller technology. The configurations allow users to complete complex tasks quickly and store files from different sources with on-demand access, according to the OEM.
Ricoh Unveiled New Printing Devices
Ricoh claims the new MFPs are designed to help enterprises boost and produce professional-quality color output in-house by printing presentations, proposals and postcards. Both MFPs show high printing speed that is ideal for larger workgroups demanding higher volumes. RICOH MP C307 can print 31 pages per minute, while RICOH MP C407 prints 36 pages per minute in color and 42 in black and white. With the two-sided scanning via the Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF), they can scan with speeds up to 80 ipm.
The devices also provide the RICOH Smart Device Connector app for on-the-go employees to copy, print and scan from mobile devices. With this app, user are able to connect and share files with other Ricoh devices, such as Interactive Whiteboards and projectors. RICOH Smart Device Connector also enables access to cloud services including Google Drive™ and Dropbox.
