RTS Imaging Introduces New Executive

RTS Imaging has announced the appointment of Johan Nieuwoudt(pictured), who will be the new Customer Technical Support Manager.

RTS Imaging is sole supplier of Katun products for the whole Asia Pacific region and is also the Static Control distributor for the Australian market.

Prior to joining RTS, Johan spent the last five years in a similar role with Katun in Africa. His previous experience includes time as a technician on Ricoh ad Canon machines and then as a service manager for a Konica Minolta dealership.

His background allows him to assist Katun customers in the Australasian market and the broader South East Asian territory serviced by RTS Imaging. Having worked as both a service manager and technician he is uniquely placed to help both dealership owners and managers to achieve cost savings whilst satisfying the service department need for knowledge, measuring and detail.

The company also informed Johan is based in New Zealand and will spend most of his time travelling to support customers.
