Samsung Partners with EMC to Enable Seamless Print Document Conversion
Samsung Electronics America, Inc. announced it has collaborated with EMC® Information Intelligence Group, to bring electronic content management capabilities to its multifunction printers.
The OEM claimed that it has added compatibility with EMC® Captiva® ISIS Drivers to its SCX-5935FN,SCX-5835FN and M4580FX multifunction printers, in order to increase workplace efficiency. Consequently, customers now can seamlessly transfer documents without the need to download additional software or drivers.
Karthik Manimozhi, Channel Chief, EMC Information Intelligence Group, noted, “As enterprises move capturing of business critical documents to their branch offices, we have seen an increasing demand for MFPs in the market. Users are especially interested in solutions which are easy to use and deploy while offering a high degree of software and hardware compatibility. We are excited to partner with Samsung to fulfill this market need.”
