Sharp Launches A4 MFP in Europe and USA

Sharp has announced the launch of six new A4 color multifunction printers (MFPs): BP-C542WD, BP-C533WD, and BP-C533WR in Europe, and BP-C535WR, BP-C535WD, and BP-C545WD in the USA.

These latest offerings are designed to fit into more confined workplaces while retaining some of the leading features of larger A3 models, making them ideal for smaller offices and institutions.

Despite their compact design, the new products do not sacrifice quality or performance. Built on the same controller platform as other Sharp’s A3 MFP series, these models take pride in its user-friendliness. The 7’’ button-less capacitive touch panel enable users to operate the machine intuitively. A scanning speed of 130 ipm (Europe models) and printing speed of 35-45 ppm (USA models) contribute to the efficiency in daily office routines. All these features provide user experience similar to an A3 model, but with improved functionality and enhanced productivity.

Sharp also places a strong emphasis on security. Incorporated with an optional antivirus program powered by Bitdefender, the device can shield data vulnerabilities and protect users’ data from malware. In response to the intensifying concerns about firmware safety, the A3 MFPs executives remote updates to prevent potential external attacks.
