Static Control Releases New Toners and Components
Static Control has launched several new products at the end of October, including chemical toners for use in Lexmark CS410 and CS510 cartridges and an Odyssey® developer roller for use in HP CP4525 and related printers.
As was stated, the Odyssey® toners for use in Lexmark CS410 and CS510 cartridges were formulated in-house to overcome fusing issues, a problem frequently seen in other aftermarket offerings, and to provide excellent image density and OEM-comparable page yield. Also, the cartridges are easy to remanufacture, requiring only the correct Static Control chip and these new toner offerings.
Additional regionalized replacement chips for the CS410 and CS510 (along with the CS310) were also launched. The company encourage customers to send used OEM chips from Lexmark CS/CX, as well as MS/MX, cartridges to them in order to stay ahead of future firmware changes.
An Odyssey® developer roller was also released for use in cartridges used by HP CP4525 and related printers. The firm claims the roller provides OEM-comparable image density and is great for replacing damaged OEM developer rollers as well as allows remanufacturers to use non-virgin cartridges.
Also announced were replacement OPC drums for use in Samsung ML-1610, ML-1630, ML-2851 and ML-3051 cartridges and an Odyssey® drum for use in Brother HL-1240 cartridges.
An Odyssey® toner for use in Lexmark C540 6,000 page yield black cartridges was also released. It is noted this toner was developed to overcome mixing defects seen with other aftermarket offerings. All other gram loads for this cartridge series’ differing yields have previously been released.
An Odyssey® PCR for use in HP CP4525 cartridges, which can also be used across multiple applications, to deliver high quality print performance, said the statement.
An Odyssey® drum with gears for use in Lexmark T640 series cartridges was also introduced.
