Teamsung to Showcase Multi-layer Film Technology at RemaxWorld

Teamsung, a company that specializes in copiers and printer accessories, is set to unveil its innovative multi-layer film technology for drum blades at the upcoming RemaxWorld Expo.

This technology addresses the need for high-speed printing while ensuring long-lasting and resilient blade performance.

In the fast-paced world of printer and copier OEMs, where efficiency is paramount, achieving high printing speeds, such as over 90 pages per minute (ppm), has become the norm. However, this requires blades with extended lifecycles and high rebound capabilities.

Traditionally, it was challenging to balance high resilience and a long blade life cycle. A Teamsung representative noted, “According to traditional technology, high resilience and long life are a false proposition, you just can’t get both.” The representative explained that Teamsung, however, claims to have achieved this balance with its patented drum blades.

Key features and advantages of Teamsung’s self-patented blades with multi-layer film technology include:

1. Different Production Processes: Teamsung employs the latest polyurethane synthesis process, with strict requirements for production environments and processes.
2. Technical Features: The blades use high-resilience polyurethane material for the support bottom surface to prevent turning over at high machine speeds. The cleaning working surface layer is made from high-wear resistance, low-hardness synthetic polyurethane material to extend blade life.
3. Improved Performance: These blades overcome the shortcomings of traditional technology, addressing technical defects related to blade life cycles and ensuring they do not damage the drum core during operation.
4. Cost Savings: Depending on test environments and structures, Teamsung’s patented blades can reportedly print between 600,000 to 12,000,000 pages, significantly reducing the frequency of blade replacement and saving on printing costs.

Teamsung is actively seeking international business partners and will be showcasing its innovative products featuring multi-layer film technology at Booth 4220 during this year’s RemaxWorld Expo.
