The Award Winners

Exhibitors and visitors alike commented upon the high standard of booth construction this year at RemaxWorld Expo held in October in Zhuhai. Consequently, RT Media asked their organizer and design staff to vote for the Most Outstanding Booth. At the same time, a poll was conducted among participants in November.

Almost seven thousand votes came from our visitors, browsers and magazine readers audience.

RT Media Director, David Gibbons, visited each of the four category winners before the end of 2018 to present each with their awards—the first ever to be presented: Dimentex Technology Ltd, Apex Microelectronics Co. Ltd & Static Control Components, Inc., Ascend Precision Accessories Co. Ltd and Zhuhai Aicon Image Co. Ltd.

Most Outstanding Booth by Popular Vote

Zhuhai Aicon Image Co. Ltd

Aicon— a leading STMC & ISO 9001, 14001 certified distributor of quality products in over 80 countries—received a massive one-third of the votes for their booth. In some contries, Aicon is the top brand. When Gibbons visited the company he was impressed to see the strong brand reflected in the signage and the company-designed uniform worn by all the staff.

Apex Microelectronics Co. Ltd/ Static Control Components, Inc.

An excellent looking booth, jointly promoting Apex and Static Control brands, emphasized their focus on innovation. As the industry leading brands, Apex & SCC are encouraging a healthy industry through positive competition.

Apex Microelectronics is the largest manufacturer and systematic solution provider of printer cartridge chips and chip resetting solutions in the aftermarket.

Static Control is the industry’s leading manufacturer of system solutions, components and cartridges for the aftermarket imaging industry.

Ascend Precision Accessories Co. Ltd

The concept of Ascend’s booth was inspired by traditional Chinese architecture. Ascend provided visitors with a different experience in their booth. It was a museum of copier and printer accessories blended with Chinese culture.

Dimentex Technology Ltd

Dimentex is an innovative company that focuses on print consumables accessories, toner, chip and key components. This year was the first time the company designed its own booth. Jonathan Lee, General Manager of the company attributed the award to teamwork. When it comes to succeeding in international markets, Lee told Gibbons, “Selling by price does not build long-term relationships, so we are selling by quality.”
