THS Group Appoints New CEO

THS Group, a subsidiary of the Altkin (formerly known as Armor Print Solutions), announces the departure of CEO Christian Schulte, who joined the company in 2005.

Founded in 1995 by Ingolf Hell, THS Group has grown  into a respected industry leader, thanks in part to Christian Schulte’s dedication and leadership. As planned during the company’s acquisition, Christian Schnlte will step down, making way for Simone Schroers, currently the CEO of MHS and Sales Director of THS Group, to assume the role.

Christian Schulte first joined THS Group in 2005, working closely with Ingolf Hell on the company’s development. In 2017, he acquired Ingolf Hell’s remaining shares, fully taking the reins. Since then, he has guided THS Group through critical growth phases and industry shifts. Christian Schulte expressed during the acquisition process, the whish to focus more on his family and other projects out of the printing industry. In accordance with his wishes, THS Group now embarks on a new chapter under Simone Schroers’s leadership.

Having joined THS Group in 2010, Simone Schroers initially focused on developing MHS and gradually expanded her role to CEO of MHS and Sales Director of THS Group. Her deep knowledge of the market, strong customer relationships, and strategic vision make her the natural choice for this position. With full support from the organization, Simone Schroers is poised to build on ABC Group’s legacy and lead it toward further success.
