Top Management Changes from Fujifilm
Fujifilm Business Innovation Corp. decided on some changes to its top management at the Meeting of the Board of Directors.
The changes include:
- Naoki Hama has been appointed as President and CEO and representative director, effective April 1, 2022.
Currently, Hama is executive vice president and director, overseeing Graphic Communication business and Global Operations, Enterprise Document Solutions Business Group, as well as Executive Vice President, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp. His retirement will be effective from March 31, 2022.
- Also, effective April 1, 2022, Hisanori Makaya will become Chairman and Director, while Hiroshi Kida will become Corporate Vice President, overseeing Graphic Communication business, as well as Executive General Manager, Graphic Communication Business Group.
- Kouichi Tamai, current chairman and representative director, continues as director.
- Hisanori Makaya will retire from his director role, effective March 31, 2022.
