Toshiba Earns Buyers Laboratory’s “Highly Recommended” Honor
After scoring well within 18 distinct categories during Buyers Laboratory LLC’s (BLI) extensive and rigorous testing cycle recently, Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc.’s e-STUDIOTM5560C/6560C/6570C series of multifunction products (MFPs) received the organization’s “Highly Recommended” recognition.
BLI technicians submitting Toshiba’s latest color MFPs through its two-month, quarter million-impression test were particularly impressed by the e-STUDIO6570C series’ exceptional reliability, image quality and security features. Lab testers at BLI were further impressed by the devices’ e-BRIDGETM open architectural platform allowing for seamless integration of third-party document solutions and ease of use. BLI is one of the world’s leading independent providers of analytical information and services to the digital imaging and document management industry.
“Offering rated speeds of up to 65 pages-per-minute (ppm) in color and 75 ppm in black, Toshiba’s e-STUDIO5560C, 6560C and 6570C models demonstrated reliability users can count on day in and day out,” said George Mikolay, BLI’s senior product editor for A3/copier MFPs. “The devices further stood out for their print quality, as text and graphics were dark and sharp, business graphics were bright and flesh tones were natural. Also easy to use, the device’s control panel and drivers were simple to navigate, and on-the-fly toner replacement along with straightforward procedures for clearing misfeeds contributes to less downtime.”
By delivering as many as 65 color and 75 monochrome ppm, Toshiba’s latest multifunction products fulfils an array of print needs for companies of any size. To help end users maintain brand integrity for their collection of marketing materials, they may take advantage of the e-STUDIO6570C’s e-BRIDGE Color Profiler Version 2.0 software. This tool enables customers to accurately match and support the widest array of recognized Pantone® color palettes possible. To further complement users within graphics-intensive environments, the new print fleet includes a Fiery controller option.
“Considering the cachet BLI holds within our industry, everyone at Toshiba associated with the launch of our e-STUDIO6570C series is thrilled to win that organization’s “Highly Recommended” honor,” said Toshiba America Business Solutions Chief Marketing Executive, Bill Melo. “This recognition is a particular tribute to our engineering, sales and marketing teams, which had the foresight to successfully develop, market and sell such a noteworthy product series.”
