Toshiba Provides New Printing Solution for Hospitality Services

Toshiba America Business Solutions has introduced the HSP200L, a compact 3-in-1 printer tailored for high-demand hospitality environments, including restaurants, coffee shops, bars, delis, and grocery stores. Designed to streamline operations and support sustainability, the device combines linerless label printing, die-cut labels, and receipt printing capabilities.

Compact and Sustainable

The HSP200L produces linerless labels—eliminating backing waste—while offering ENERGY STAR® certification to minimize energy consumption. Its compact design optimizes counter space, making it ideal for busy establishments aiming to reduce environmental impact without compromising efficiency.

Built for Hospitality

Engineered to withstand demanding environments, the IP21-certified printer resists splashes, condensation, and solid objects, making it durable enough for kitchens and food service counters. It ensures consistent performance in both high-moisture and high-temperature conditions.

Enhancing Order Accuracy

The HSP200L accelerates order processing and reduces errors by enabling labels to be affixed directly to orders for tracking, whether for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery. Audio and visual alerts, including LED notifications and sound prompts, further support quick service during peak hours.

Long Lifecycle and Low Maintenance

With a life expectancy of up to 75 kilometers for label printing and one million label cuts, the HSP200L offers a high return on investment. Its thermal printhead and cutting components are easily replaceable, while near-end paper detection alerts ensure smooth operations. Remote management capabilities allow for convenient monitoring and maintenance.
