Turbon AG Acquires International Laser Group

Turbon AG (Cherry Hill, New Jersey), one of the largest global remanufacturers and collectors of laser toner cartridges, announced the acquisition of International Laser Group, Inc. (ILG), a Woodland Hills, California-based industry leader in producing premium quality OEM-alternative imaging consumables.

According to Turbon, the two companies will continue to operate separately in their market channels after the acquisition.
