UniNet Intros New Toners, Components for OEM Printers

U.S.-based manufacturer and solutions provider UniNet recently released a new set of toners and components for Epson, Lexmark, Samsung and Xerox printers. Their specifications are shown in the bullets below:

• Absolute Black® toner and components for Epson Aculaser M 1200

The Epson Aculaser M 1200 is a small monochrome printer, rated at 20 ppm. The toner cartridge it uses comes in a standard-yield version of 1,800 pages, and a high-yield version of 3,200 pages. There is a separate photoconductor unit, which is rated at 20,000 pages.

• Absolute Color® toner and components for use in the Lexmark C 935, 930, X 940, 945 color printer series.

The Lexmark C 935 is a high-end color printer capable of printing 40+ ppm on letter-size paper and on up to A3 size paper. This printer is targeted for high volume print environments that require high-resolution graphics on a wide variety of paper types and sizes, with a recommended monthly volume of 30,000 pages.

Toner cartridges are rated at 38,000 pages for the black and 24,000 pages for colors. Photoconductor units are rated at 50,000 pages for black and 44,000 pages for colors.

• Absolute Color® toner and components qualified for use in Samsung CLP-775/770 color printers.

The Samsung CLP-770 laser printer is a color-networked printer equipped with duplex capability as a standard feature. Rated at 33 ppm, this printer was designed for large workgroup environments where color printing is the primary function. Toner cartridges are similar to previous all-in-one Samsung CLP models, and are rated at 7,000 pages for all four colors.

• Components qualified for use in the Xerox Phaser 7800 color printer

The Phaser 7800 printer is Xerox’s top of the line color laser printer. This wide format printer can print up to banner-sized pages at a speed of 45 ppm at print resolutions up to 1200 x 2400. OEM toner is available in two versions for color (6,000 pages and 17,200 pages) and only one version for black (24,000 pages). The imaging unit (drum cartridge) is presented as a separate cartridge, rated at 145,000 pages and is universal. Only a single imaging unit is offered that works for any color.
