Update Your Diary: RemaxWorld Expo 2022 Postponed to November
ComeXposium RT has announced that the RemaxWorld Expo will be postponed to November 3 to November 5, 2022.
The RemaxWorld Expo 2022 will still be held at the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center, the same venue that has hosted the global event for 10 years.
“We are continuing to assess the border opening policies of the Chinese Government,” said Victoria Zhao (pictured right), General Manager of ComeXposium RT (C-RT).
Staff at C-RT, the organiser of the largest office equipment and consumables expo in the world, are making endeavors to collect and analyze Chinese government travel policies and quarantine rules from a wide range of sources.
“For the first time since the COVID breakout in 2020, we are receiving a huge number of enquiries from buyers around the world wanting to travel to China to do business,” Zhao added. “They are seeking letters of invitation, advice on travel and border opening.”
This year, ComeXposium RT has scheduled two forums during the three-day expo. An office equipment forum will be held on day one and an e-commerce platform on day two. Topics will include but are not limited to, new technologies, new policies, innovation, e-commerce, political procurement, and other industry hot topics.
The annual global industry award ceremony will be held on the eve of the official opening day of the RemaxWorld Expo 2022.
In the face of the “new normal”, C-RT has actively adapted to providing an “exhibition + media” event to continue building a solid relationship between buyers and sellers and to empower the industry.
To this end, C-RT is also preparing a brand-new, face-to-face strategy for those who cannot attend the expo to find a supplier during the expo itself. Details will be provided in the weeks ahead but will be limited to those living in countries that cannot “physically” enter China.
Despite all the changes and difficulties, C-RT is confident it will be a well-attended event. “We really hope international visitors can return again this year,” said Zhao. “I urge all would-be visitors from around the world to check with their travel centres and governments to see if they can travel.”
Sometimes referred to as the “Zhuhai Show”, the expo has been open every year for 16 years providing face-to-face opportunities for buyers and suppliers to meet. It has become an important platform for the release of new products and technologies along with the branding of both domestic and international office equipment and consumables companies.
