Warmth Solves Color Problems to Match Toshiba OEM Quality
Aftermarket distributors of Toshiba toners have complained that they continue to have fusing and density problems making it difficult for them to supply quality compatible cartridge solutions to end-users.
According to Technical Director Peng from Zhuhai Warmth Electronic Co (Warmth), there has been frustration expressed in feedback received from the aftermarket. “We have been told there are fusing problems for compatible Toshiba color toner cartridge models which are caused by poor quality toner powder,” Pend said.
Warmth tested all the major compatible brands of toner powders. They found that what distributors were complaining about happened to be true. “All of them had a similar problem when applied to the high-speed printers,” Peng explained to RT Media.
High-speed machines where the number of pages per minute exceeds 45ppm include the Toshiba 4505AC/5005AC. Peng provided photos of fusing problems—with toner stuck to the printer rollers as well as clumping on the page— caused by compatible Toshiba toners they tested:
In order to solve this “headache” and to provide premium quality products to the aftermarket, Warmth cooperated with a reliable foreign toner manufacturer to successfully develop a unique powder.
“We are delighted to report this solved the fusing problem and the color density has dramatically improved as well,” said Peng. The printing results are as below:
In addition, Warmth also developed a unique model of toner powder especially for the T3008 and T5018 and the company claimed the printing quality matches against that of the OEM as revealed by specific testing data:
Warmth, which was founded in May 2005, has specialized in the R&D, production and sales of printer consumables. With a factory area of 10,000 sqm and more than 200 employees, it is located in Zhuhai, which is the capital of printing consumables in the world.
In addition to Toshiba devices, the company focusses on compatible laser printer toner cartridges and copier toner for use in OKI, Ricoh, Kyocera Mita, Samsung, Konica Minolta, Epson, Xerox and Canon. The company has customers in Europe, America, South Africa and the Middle-East.
The company continues to urge customers to scan the QR code (pictured) using any scanning app on your phone to have a virtual reality visit its factory and/or make contact via email.
