Xerox Intros Cartridges for Multi-branded Printers

Xerox has partnered with Flipkart, a leading online retailer in India, to launch a new series of toner cartridges for the Indian market, reported Deccan Chronicle.

As was revealed, the new cartridges are designed for HP and Canon printers, with which Xerox aims to take on the toner refilling market and make replacing toner cartridges as cheap as refilled ones. Also, Xerox is targeting to “revolutionize” the Indian consumable market, which is worth over 2400 crore (about USD $391 million).

Further, Xerox noted its new branded cartridges can be used for multi-branded printers and will help save cost without compromising the quality. The OEM also commented that the partnership with Flipkart will help offer a wider and deeper reach to the consumers across India.
