Zhono Responds to Latest Firmware Upgrade for Ricoh Series

On October 28th, 2023, Zhono found that Ricoh released the latest firmware for the IM C3000 series copiers (see Figure 1). After testing, its engineers verified that Zhono’s compatible chips used in the Ricoh IM C3000 series copiers are not impacted by the OEM firmware upgrade and that the chips function correctly on the copiers with both the new firmware version and old firmware version (see Figure 2).

Zhono Compatible Chips for Use in the Ricoh IM C3000 Series

Previously, Zhono released a line of compatible maintenance box chips designed specifically for the Epson 5290 series. Rigorously tested through more than 30 quality assessments, each chip boasts superior performance and can be tailored to meet individual preferences in terms of appearance.
