In April 2024, Sharp and Ricoh released the latest firmware for the Sharp MX-61 series copiers and Ricoh MP C4504/3004/2504 and IM C2510 series copiers. After testing, Zhono’s engineers verified that its compatible chips used in these series copiers are not impacted by the OEM firmware upgrade, and that the chips function correctly on the printers in both previous and current models.
