Zhono’s Permanent Cartridge Chip Prints Up to Over 20000 Pages
Zhono explained the meaning of “permanent chip” for the Zhono’s Pantum PC211 permanent cartridge chip through the video below.
First, install this chip into the cartridge, put the cartridge back into the printer and then print the [Supplies Status Page]. It shows the [Remaining Amount of Toner] is 100%.
Then the printer starts printing. (Printing…) When it has finished printing, let’s print the [Supplies Status Page] again. It shows the [Actual Pages Printed] is 12.
Next, let’s open and close the printer’s cover and then print the [Supplies Status Page] for the third time. It shows the [Remaining Amount of Toner] is 100% and the [Actual Pages Printed] is 0. (The [Remaining Amount of Toner] is restored to 100% by opening and closing the printer’s cover.)
The two [Supplies Status Pages] show the test data:
[Starting Page Number]: 80337
After installing and using Zhono’s Pantum PC211 chip, the printer printed 20119 pages in total:
100456-80337=20119
(If you open and close the printer’s cover, [the Remaining Amount of Toner] will restore to 100% again and the printer can continue to print.)
