More Suppliers Share Coronavirus Update – Clover Responds
Clover Imaging Group is the latest aftermarket supplier to share key information with the distributors and channels searching for printer and copier supplies.
With business spanning 43 countries, Clover is the global leader in producing high-quality, environmentally conscious remanufactured printer cartridges. On a monthly basis, Clover collects and recycles over 3.5 million cartridges and manufactures over 1.4 million cartridges.
Despite having experienced ups and downs over the years, Clover has remained unrivaled as the largest cartridge remanufacturer on the planet. Competitors have fruitlessly tried to spread rumors of its demise, but Clover continues to rise to the challenge of world domination in the imaging supplies marketplace. While the coronavirus is certainly another crisis, Clover claims it is confident it can meet demand.
In an announcement shared with distributors, Clover calls for calm as it faces unprecedented demand for products. In part, this is caused by staff rostering to meet social distancing regulations.
“First and foremost, our thoughts are with all those impacted by COVID-19, their families, and the communities who are working to contain the virus from spreading further,” a spokesperson shared.
According to the statement, Clover says its first priority is its commitment to the health and safety of its employees. The statement explains they are not experiencing any supply chain disruptions and their staff are working remotely from home where possible. For those staff who are required to work onsite, Clover claims it is “strictly adhering to recommendations from local, national and global health organisations to ensure all preventive measures are taken to avoid [the] spread of the virus.”
Clover has advised its channel partners and distributors that it is experiencing larger than normal calls and is asking for patience and to email through any enquiries and orders to save longer than usual wait times.
The statement calls for calm and concludes with “We are in this together.”
Clover was featured as a front cover story of RT ImagingWorld magazine with Jim Cerkleski, the Executive Chairman at Clover Imaging Group.
