Lexmark Expands 9-Series Printer Line and AI-Powered Services

Lexmark has announced updates to its product lineup, introducing three new models to its 9-Series printers and multifunction products (MFPs) while enhancing its Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) with AI-powered capabilities. These additions aim to provide businesses with more versatile printing options and advanced cloud-based workflow solutions.

Expanded 9-Series Offers Greater Versatility

The Lexmark 9-Series portfolio has been expanded to offer a broader selection of A3 printers and MFPs, with print speeds ranging from 25 to 55 pages per minute and options for both monochrome and color output. The latest models—CX950, CX951, and MX953—join the existing lineup, allowing organizations to build a unified fleet tailored to various work environments.

Additionally, Lexmark will introduce two new models exclusively for authorized Business Solutions Dealers (BSD), the XC9525 and XC9535, which will be available in March through approved solution providers.

AI-Powered Enhancements in Cloud Services

Lexmark has also upgraded its Lexmark Cloud Services with the new Cloud Solution Center (CSC), integrating AI-powered translation and redaction capabilities. The enhanced platform centralizes device management, security, and workflow automation:

• Fleet Management: Provides real-time monitoring and centralized updates for printer fleets.
• Print Management: Strengthens security with controlled print release and analytics.
• Capture and Workflow: Uses AI to automate document processing, improving efficiency with intelligent translation and redaction.

The Lexmark Cloud Services enhancements, including the Cloud Solution Center, are now available. The new 9-Series models and BSD-exclusive printers will be released in March.
