The webinar focused on the negative impact of firmware on aftermarket remanufacturers and dealers, emphasizing the importance of choosing reliable suppliers for all the components used in the electrophotographic process used in most printers. A key message of the event was “not all products are the same,” highlighting the need for quality and consistency in the marketplace.

The webinar delved into the exclusive and unique formulation of Static Control’s toners, detailing their advanced manufacturing process and innovative solutions for lowering the fusing temperature of toner in newer printers. This emphasis on energy efficiency aligns with the growing demand for sustainable printing solutions. New models of toners for various Canon/HP-related printers were presented, with their key features discussed to demonstrate their applicability to energy-saving printing equipment.

Makkon LLC extended invitations to its top 10 dealers from across Ukraine, including major cities such as Kyiv, Kharkiv, L’viv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Odesa. This gathering of industry professionals allowed for a dynamic exchange of insights and expertise, despite the challenging conditions currently facing the country.
